Part of anas/divan#30 (with anas/divan's PR of the same name).

  • New divan/ folder: works edited in Divan, as <work url>.dtx (the readable source, one misra or paragraph per line) and <work url>.json (generated by the Divan app: title, verses, who edited and when). See divan/README.md.

  • export_divan.py:

    • uses Divan's version of a work instead of the Wikisource text whenever divan/<work url>.json exists;
    • marks the work DivanOwned with Edited (who, when);
    • computes radif, matla, maqta and the contents order from Divan's text.

    The Wikisource sync keeps updating everything else.

  • Tested end to end: a Divan edit to a Ghalib ghazal survived a full export with its marks recomputed; removing it brought back the Wikisource text. The test edit is not part of this PR.
