For anas/divan#41 (divan PR: arranging content). Builds on #1 (Divan-owned content), so merge #1 first.

  • owned_order() in export_divan.py: if divan/<category url>.order exists, the category's sub-sections and works are listed in that order.
    • Each line is <last part of the url> <title>.
    • Unlisted items, e.g. a work new on Wikisource, keep their place after the listed ones (stable sort).
  • divan/README.md: documents the .order files.
  • test_divan_order.py: no file means no change; with a file, the listed items come first and a new one comes last.

Validation

  • python3 test_divan_order.py and python3 test_ghazal_marks.py pass.
  • A full export without order files changes nothing except the timestamp.

divan/<work url>.dtx (readable source) and .json (generated by the Divan app) override the
Wikisource text in the export; such works are marked DivanOwned with who edited them and when.
Radif, matla and maqta are computed from Divan's verses.
