Owner request: the same keyboard options as search in the home sections editor (/mod/site).

Every section-name box and every poet-name box has the in-box اب (Roman typing) and keyboard buttons, as in the search and author-filter boxes.
After a poet is added, the list redraws. The name box keeps the focus, and the keyboard keeps typing into it.
Only the box being typed into shows its buttons as on.
Shared fix (Base.astro): if the keyboard's box has been replaced by a redraw, it finds the box again by id; otherwise it falls back to the search box. This affects any page that redraws its inputs.

Tested (headless Chrome, an L2 with only a site grant)

9 keyboard and 9 Roman buttons appear.
On-screen keys type انیس, which suggests میر انیس; adding him redraws the list, and the keys keep typing (اکب) into the new name box, which keeps the focus.
Roman typing works in a section title.
Only the active box shows as on.
The main search keyboard still types and deletes.
Nothing was saved, and the test account was removed.
