Closes #42.

/account has a پروفائل form: پورا نام (full name, up to 100 characters) and تعارف (bio, up to 1,000, line breaks kept). Urdu or any text; inputs follow the text's direction.
The name heads the account page with the bio under it; the header button shows the first name instead of "اکاؤنٹ".
API POST /api/auth/profile; /api/auth/me returns full_name and bio. Text is trimmed and control characters dropped. Columns users.full_name, users.bio.

Tested: npm test 23 pass (profile: Urdu name trimmed and control characters removed, bio cut at 1,000, cleared, signed-out refused). On the running site: saved "مرزا اسد اللہ خان" with a two-line bio; heading, header and bio shown.

Next: the personal library (#24, #25), which shows these with the reader's saved poets, works, couplets and words.
