Owner report: the keyboard under the profile's bio looked broken, with key rows wrapping onto extra lines. Owner request: one keyboard design across the site.

Cause: each key had a minimum width. Where the space was narrower than the header (forms of 420px, the note dialog), ten keys didn't fit and the rows wrapped.

Now, one design everywhere (the search header, under any field, in the note dialog, docked in the editor):

Rows never wrap. A letter takes a tenth of the row, so all letters are the same size and shorter rows sit centred.
Shift and delete are one and a half letters wide; the space bar fills the rest of its row.
The keyboard fills the width of where it sits, up to 640px, centred.
The separate sizes for the note dialog are gone.

Checked locally with screenshots: in the header on a phone and on a desktop, under the profile's bio on a phone and on a desktop, and on the notes page.
