Scope: DivanRazor poet, category, poem and search partials, navigation, tab labels, buttons and messages on reading paths. Admin pages stay Persian for now.

Acceptance criteria: No Persian UI strings on the main reading paths; Urdu wording reviewed by the owner.

Automated validation: Both projects build; grep of reading-path views for a Persian check list.

Manual validation: Owner reads through each page type.

Superseded: the .NET stack was removed (2026-10-08, divan 2f4344dc; code kept at tag dotnet-final). The equivalent work is tracked in the v2 (Node.js + TypeScript + PostgreSQL) phase issues.
