Scope: Finish ./run-local.sh import into the local divan database; check home, poet, category, poem, prose and search pages.

Acceptance criteria: 383 poets, 11,087 poems, century groups present; pages render without server errors.

Automated validation: SQL counts; HTTP 200 for each page type.

Manual validation: Owner reviews http://localhost:5200.

Superseded: the .NET stack was removed (2026-10-08, divan 2f4344dc; code kept at tag dotnet-final). The equivalent work is tracked in the v2 (Node.js + TypeScript + PostgreSQL) phase issues.
