Fix: Web API Changes of February 2026 (#1228)
* #1227 - Updated methods related to API changes

- Updated /tracks endpoints to /items
- Switching IDs to URIs for /me/library endpoint
- Fixed playlist limit to 50 (according to API)
- Added warnings for deprecated methods

* #1227 - Formatted code and updated changelog

* #1227 - Improved HTTP URLs computation with kwargs

* bump version to 2.26.0
