A reader for Ganjoor, the open archive of Persian poetry — 240 poets and around 135,000 poems,
from Rudaki and Ferdowsi through Hafez, Saadi and Rumi to Parvin Etesami.

Built for reading rather than browsing:

* Poems are set as couplets, the way they are meant to be read, with prose sections laid out as prose.
* Two bundled fonts, Noto Naskh Arabic and Noto Nastaliq Urdu, switchable mid-poem, with four weights so the text can be thickened for a lit screen.
* Five themes: system, light, dark, sepia and sepia night.
* Adjustable text size.
* The whole interface reads and navigates right to left, in Persian, Urdu or English.
* Bookmark anything, kept on the device.
* Download a poet, or every poet, and read with no connection at all.

The poems come from a static, git-tracked export of Ganjoor's content served over a CDN. There is
no account, no tracking and no server of the app's own.
