Anas Rashid 2f4344dcdf Remove the .NET stack; Divan is now Node.js + TypeScript + PostgreSQL

- delete RMuseum (API), DivanRazor (site), solution, Dockerfile/compose, SQL Server
  deploy/backup scripts, run-local.sh, archived upstream docs
- the .NET code stays available at tag dotnet-final
- README rewritten for v2; .gitignore for Node
