Scope: Build both images and start docker-compose on an x86-64 Linux host (local VM or CI), no remote deployment.

Acceptance criteria: Stack starts; site and API respond; migrations apply.

Automated validation: docker compose up; curl checks.

Manual validation: Owner runs it before deploying.

Dependencies or blockers: an x86-64 environment

Both images build for linux/amd64 on the latest code (API 945 MB, site 981 MB; local colima build). Pending: docker compose up after the local import finishes.

Superseded: the .NET stack was removed (2026-10-08, divan 2f4344dc; code kept at tag dotnet-final). The equivalent work is tracked in the v2 (Node.js + TypeScript + PostgreSQL) phase issues.
