Before the private preview: know the site is down, or failing, before readers say so.

/health on the site: checks the site, the API and the database (200 or 503), for an uptime monitor (e.g. UptimeRobot or Better Stack, free) that emails or messages the owner.
Errors logged in one structured line each (time, request, path, message, stack) by the API and the site; container logs kept with rotation (divan-deploy).
A short way to see recent errors on the server (divan-deploy script).
