Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Part of #20. Admin publish writes the final version to divan-data and commits it (moderator as author; Reviewed-by and Approved-by trailers; summary as message), pushed to Gitea (deploy key or bot account); pages show last updated, moderator and a link to the commit diff; reverts are commits through the pipeline. Open question: GitHub on each publish or at releases.
