Owner request: a text-size control beside the weight slider, for reading on phones.

خط › حروف کا سائز: a slider from 90% to 150% in 10% steps, under نسخ کی موٹائی. It works with Naskh and Nastaliq.
The whole page scales with it, since sizes are in rem: verses, headings, menus and the keyboard.
The choice is remembered (divan-size) and applied before the page draws, like the other display settings.
The slider labels stay on one line even at 150%.

Checked locally with screenshots at phone width: a poem at 150% with weight 600, and the settings panel at 150%.
