Scope: Backup of the SQL Server volume/database and a tested restore procedure.

Acceptance criteria: Restore from backup succeeds.

Automated validation: Scripted backup + restore on a test stack.

Manual validation: Owner verifies restore.

Done (3df43e49). Validation: local backup 194 MB, restored into a test DB with identical counts (6,829 poems / 136,391 verses / 223 poets), test DB dropped. Fixed: restore failed silently on file ownership after docker cp.
